By engaging SOLÉA Private services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

SOLÉA Private provides bespoke concierge, villa, yacht, aviation and lifestyle services to private clients. We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers — we are not the direct supplier of third-party services unless explicitly stated.

SOLÉA Private operates exclusively as a lifestyle concierge service. We do not act as real estate agents, brokers or property managers, and we do not represent property owners or buyers in any real estate transaction. Villa and property arrangements are made solely as part of our concierge offering.

Access & Payments

Our services are by invitation or approved application only, and access is non-transferable. All fees are agreed in writing prior to engagement. A deposit or full pre-payment may be required for certain bookings, and applicable taxes remain the client's responsibility.

Cancellations & Confidentiality

Cancellation terms vary by service — please refer to our Cancellation Policy. All client information is handled with complete discretion and shared with third parties only as strictly necessary to fulfil the requested service.

Liability & Intellectual Property

SOLÉA Private is not liable for the failure, delay or cancellation of third-party services. Our liability is limited to fees paid directly to us. All website content, branding and materials are the property of SOLEA PRIVATE CONCIERGE SERVICES - FZCO and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. SOLEA PRIVATE CONCIERGE SERVICES - FZCO, Registration No. 79477, License No. 86229. IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.
